Flock Energy's mobile app, live on both app stores. I lead the work underneath it: how the data is organised, the backend services, and the sign-in and security.

• Designed the database and the backend services the app runs on.
• Built the sign-in flow and the connections to outside systems, keeping user data private throughout.

An internal tool for sharing files across teams at Flock. Each team's files stay separate, and what you can do with a file depends on your role.

• Built the whole tool — every team's files and members stay walled off from every other team's.
• Designed the permissions system that decides what each person can do with a given file.

Schools and colleges issue thousands of ID cards a year, mostly by hand. Acadex turns that into one bulk job, with a visual builder for designing the card itself.

• Built the database so each institution's data stays separate, and so thousands of records can be brought in at once.
• Built the card designer: you place each field where you want it, the layout gets saved, and the whole batch prints from it.

Transcription and captioning for video teams. It scales up when a lot of files land at once, and costs nothing while it sits idle.

• Built it to run with no always-on server, passing each file through several AI models in turn.
• Set up the speech-to-text side so it copes with many files being uploaded at the same time.

An agent that watches developer sites, collects what it finds, and builds profiles from it. It filters locally first, so it only pays for the AI calls worth making.

• Built an agent that gathers data from several developer platforms on its own and sorts it into structured profiles.
• Gave it a memory that gets better as it runs, and a local filter that cuts how often it needs to call a paid model.
